Provides strategic and administrative leadership to the agencies in order to improve and manage operational performance and deliver high-quality home care. Organizes and oversees the ongoing functions of the agencies through planning, staffing, controlling and evaluating their operations. Assures preparation and oversight of the budgets, compliance standards, regulations and requirements to maintain licenses and certifications.
Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration or Nursing required.
Must be a licensed physician, master’s prepared registered nurse, or have training and experience in health service administration with at least 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care (strongly preferred) or related health programs. Demonstrated abilities to plan, organize, evaluate, coach, administer, coordinate and control programs or services and to exercise independent judgment and operate under pressure are required.
