POSITION SUMMARY: The Director, Clinical Education oversees all education activities at Capital Caring as well as directly manages the education components of multiple priority-driven initiatives across the organization. Working collaboratively with all departments, this role aligns all learning activities to the goal of providing measurable world class care, while balancing the needs of our internal and external learners. Will be responsible for development and implementation of learning strategies, curriculum, and policies and procedures related to learning and development. The Director also oversees and directly is responsible for the ongoing clinical and administrative implementation/updates of the learning management system.

LICENSURE: Licensure from the Commonwealth of Virginia, District of Columbia, and Maryland in clinical practice.
EDUCATION: Master's Degree in Education, Administration, or relevant area and equivalent professional experience required.
EXPERIENCE: 5 to 7 years of experience in education/curriculum development and experience with eLearning platforms. Health care background strongly preferred. At least 3 years comparable leadership experience. Must be able to be effective with all levels of learners.
