Under the direction of Amy P. Frieman, M.D. Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Palliative Care Physician who will be responsible for the provision of Palliative Care consultations within our integrated health network. With an interdisciplinary team, this physician will primarily provide outpatient care in facilities in Monmouth and Ocean Counties.
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Hospice/Palliative Medicine • Join Robust System-wide Program including Inpatient, Outpatient, Home-based and SNF based Palliative Care Teams • Staff Multidisciplinary Cancer Clinics and Cancer Center • Partner with the Medical Director to Provide Continuing Education to Staff, Residents, and Other Health Care Providers • Supervise Advanced Practice Palliative Care Nurses
