Grand Villa Senior Living is continuing to grow. Seeking experienced Executive Director to assist with our growth in the Palm Beach County and Broward County area.
The Executive Director is responsible for the overall leadership of a senior living community and for driving resident satisfaction, employee engagement, financial management, process management and regulatory compliance.
Develops a highly functioning community management team, promotes coaching and development for all employees, ensures that performance standards for the staff and operational standards for the property are being met.
Execute the Sales Leadership process - Create and implement a sales and marketing plan to achieve occupancy and NOI growth; manage and develop the sales team; manage inventory; support sales; and manage to results Maintain in-depth knowledge of the competition and industry trends
