INTEGRIS Health, the largest health system in Oklahoma and one of the state’s largest private employers, seeks a senior finance executive to serve as the system’s Vice President, Financial Reporting.

INTEGRIS Health corporate headquarters are located on the campus of INTEGRIS Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City.
Reporting to the System Chief Financial Officer, the Vice President, Financial Reporting will have direct and system-level responsibility for all financial reporting, audits and cost reports for INTEGRIS Health owned entities and consolidated joint venture, which include acute care hospitals, medical groups, hospice services, a charter elementary school and ambulance services. The Vice President, Financial Reporting will serve as INTEGRIS Health’s point of accountability and resource for financial reporting, accounts payable, and reimbursement performance and improvement opportunities. As a system role, the Vice President, Financial Reporting will work with leaders across the enterprise to lead, manage and improve financial reporting processes, outcomes and accuracy of data to enhance INTEGRIS Health’s and associated entities’ financial strength to deliver improved access to high quality healthcare across the state.
Successful candidates will have demonstrated experience and success as a senior finance healthcare executive serving within a regional or national healthcare organization with accountability over tax, treasury, financial reporting, reimbursement, and accounting. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, mentorship and management of a high functioning team, and a strong track record of career performance are essential. CPA required.
