The new CEO is responsible for the organizational structure, strategic direction, operational excellence and continued financial success of the organization. He/she will be highly knowledgeable regarding current and future trends in hospice and palliative care as well as more broadly across healthcare and will be visionary and innovative in his/her approach to identifying future delivery models for care and end-of-life services.
