Coordinates internal and external activities for quality and compliance reviews, crafts responses to review requests and provides analysis of best practices and opportunities identified through audit processes.
Coordinates quality and compliance management activities including audit oversight.
Maintains professional knowledge and enhances professional skills.
Adheres to high standards of personal and professional conduct.
Minimum three (3) years of homecare nursing experience or quality utilization review experience.
Excellent understanding and a proven track record in compliance, performance improvement, quality assessment and utilization management.
Minimum of one year of hospice experience in the past five years or an equivalent.
Master's degree in nursing preferred.
