Help us grow a team of seasoned hospice professionals. Goodwin House Hospice is seeking a social worker to join our interdisciplinary team. We’re looking for an individual with strong critical thinking skill who is calm under pressure; can handle crisis situations; and is able to teach and guide families in end-of-life care. Preferred hospice, home care or critical care background.

• Preferably a Master of Social Work degree from an accredited university and, if not licensed, is willing to work toward licensure. • Must be proficient in computer skills and able to learn at least two electronic medical record software systems. • Three (3) years of relevant experience in Social Work preferred; prefer at least one (1) year in hospice • Must possess ability to deal tactfully and effectively with patients, staff, family members and the public.
