We are looking for a Hospice nurse to provide care and support for patients who are facing end-of-life. Your presence and services should bring comfort to the person facing terminal illness and their families, and help them reach acceptance and peace of mind. The hospice nurse serves as the patient care team leader and coordinates all care with physicians and pertinent members of our Hospice team. Strong leadership and organizational skills are required. Must have effective communication and compassionate interpersonal skills
Registered Nurse eligible for Massachusetts license. Minimum of 3+ years of nursing experience in hospice, oncology, home health and/or long-term care experience preferred. Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office programs and electronic medical record systems. A valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance are required.
