Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN), in eastern Pennsylvania, is seeking a hospice physician to join our Medicare-certified, hospital-based hospice program. This physician will be part of the OACIS (Optimizing Advanced Complex Illness Support)/Palliative Medicine practice, a nationally recognized, innovative palliative medicine service, as a hospice designated team member. Fellowship training and board certification in Hospice and Palliative Medicine is preferred, but physicians in other specialties will be considered provided they complete Hospice Medical Director certification within 2 years from hire date.
