Vice President of Support Services is a full-time executive leadership role within AuthoraCare Collective. This role is responsible for overall leadership of social work, chaplaincy and adult counseling for AuthoraCare Collective. The VP of Support Services will plan, develop, coordinate and evaluate services and programs for all areas of responsibility and ensure that these programs are compliant with a state, licensure and regulatory requirements and that these programs align with the mission and values of the organization.
Education & Experience:
Master's degree in a related Field
LCSW Licensure preferred
Minimum of 8 years of clinical experience, in a health care setting preferred
Minimum of 5 years management and supervisory experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent administrative, organizational, and leadership skills.
Knowledgeable of hospice regulatory and accreditation guidelines and standards.
