The Community Living Center division of Rehabilitation & Long Term Care Services in Vancouver, WA provides care to patients and is a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team. He/she participates in the plan of care, one-to-one interactions and group meetings, in a manner which promotes a safe and therapeutic ward milieu. Performs a variety of routine and complex patient care techniques based on the needs of the nursing unit to which assigned under direction of charge nurse.
