Responsible for directing and overseeing all clinical services within the patient delivery system. Participates in establishing and implementing effective policies that complement the agency's goals and mission. Ensures patient care is exceptional. Assists in developing training programs and ensures the agency's personnel is in compliance with regulations. Assigns, directs and appraises clinical service personnel.
Home Health, hospice, acute care, and/or skilled nursing facility experience preferred. Requires current RN license.
Requires management experience.
