This position is located in the Community Living Center (CLC). This is a temporary position not to exceed 2/10/2023. Duties include, but not limited to the following: Administer medications according to policies and procedures. Document observations, treatments, procedures, medications and conditions electronically and reports them verbally to the appropriate person, generally a Registered Nurse. Work collaboratively and communicate with Core Interdisciplinary team, i.e. family/caregiver, internal and community based services involved in providing care to the patient. Prepares, administers, records, and communicates results of medications, vital signs, treatments, etc. Recognizes and initiates appropriate response in emergent situations.
