| Palliative Care Nurse Practitioners KeystoneCare’s growing Palliative Care and Hospice program is seeking Full-Time Nurse Practitioners to join our team at either Einstein Medical Center, Temple University Hospital and Chestnut Hill Hospital in the Philadelphia region. The Nurse Practitioner(s) will serve as an integral part in delivering palliative care including but not limited to Goals of Care conferencing, symptom management and end-of-life care. Clinical practice will be in the hospitals and community settings we serve. Requirements: Master's of Science in Nursing- MSN Candidate must be a graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program. Eligible to be licensed to practice in the state of PA; National Certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. Current ACHPN certification required or eligible to obtain certification after completion of 500 hours of hospice and palliative advanced practice experience.
