Registered Nurse- CLC Secure Dementia Unit Manager
The Community Living Center (CLC) Secure Nurse Manager will evaluate staff, clinical practice, and initiate change based on current concepts and findings from research and/or evidence based studies. The CLC Secure Nurse Manager will work predominantly with dementia, neurocognitive and all Veteran populations. Also, assist in implementing and building CLC programs, hiring and training new staff. · Providing leadership in interpreting, supporting and implementing Medical Center and Nursing Department philosophy, policies, procedures, standards, guidelines and quality improvement processes · Accepting responsibility and maintaining accountability for actions and continued professional and personal growth · Removing roadblocks
