Responsible for ensuring the deliver of effective clinical patient care and maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations. This individual must create a culture of open and effective communication and promotes positive working relationships with internal and external individuals. A team player with a driving passion for our industry, bringing humility to the position and understanding how their words and actions affect others. Working hands-on with the Board of Directors, internal staff, management, clinicians, physicians, external referral sources, vendors, patients, families and community members.

The ideal individual will bring intimate knowledge of home health, hospice and operational skills from an agency perspective. Preferred candidate will possess a bachelor's and/or Master's degree within a healthcare related field. Will be required to obtain National Certification as a Home Health Manager within 1 year of hire.
