The High Reliability Organization Lead (HROL) acts as the facility lead responsible for the coordination of education, programs, policies, and processes needed to implement the principals of a High Reliability Organization (HRO). The HROL works towards achievement of high quality, safety, and cost-effective evidence-based outcomes on a continual journey of a high reliability organization. Duties include but are not limited to: Ensures communication, through a variety of methods and activities, of HRO events, stories, and the implementation plan throughout the facility.
