Registered Nurse (High Reliability Organization Coordinator)
The High Reliability Organization Lead (HROL) acts as the facility lead responsible for the coordination of education, programs, policies, and processes needed to implement the principals of a High Reliability Organization (HRO). The HROL works towards achievement of high quality, safety, and cost-effective evidence-based outcomes on a continual journey of a high reliability organization. Duties include but are not limited to: Ensures communication, through a variety of methods and activities, of HRO events, stories, and the implementation plan throughout the facility. The incumbent uses Patient Safety, Systems Redesign and Quality Improvement skills to foster the development of a HRO at the unit/service/medical center level The incumbent not only strengthen patient care but also promote
