This position is for a board eligible, board certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician who will split time between the Saranac Lake, NY and Westport, NY Community-Based Outpatient Clinics for the Albany Stratton VA Medical Center. You will function as a integral member of the Patient-Aligned Care Team and will be expected to work closely with team members, including nursing and administrative staff, in the coordination of patient care. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
