Northwest Permanente, P.C. is currently seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Physician to join our growing medical group. Hospice and Palliative Medicine (HPM) Board Eligibility is required. Completion of an HPM fellowship is strongly preferred. Candidates should have excellent communication, collaboration, and primary care medical skills.
As a Hospice Palliative Care physician, you will join our 18-physician/provider team in Portland, Oregon. As a member of our group, you will practice end-of-life care in a supportive, collegial environment, as an essential member of our hospice palliative care team. Kaiser NW has its own hospice program, integrated clinic-based palliative care, and an inpatient consultation service. This is an exciting time to work in the department of hospice and palliative medicine at Northwest Permanente. The opportunities for palliative care clinicians are challenging and varied, and there is broad institutional support for our mission. We place a strong emphasis on a team-first, collaborative approach with an expectation that patient care will also entail up to 50% virtual care delivery. You will need to be flexible to support our robust Palliative Medicine program across our full range of patient needs.
