The position is located in the Veterans Integrated System Network (VISN 20) Clinical Resource Hub (CRH) located in Vancouver, WA and will be under the supervision of the Associate Director of Specialty Care. The role will provide Endocrinology services to network facilities through a combination of virtual and potential in-person care as part of a virtual interprofessional Endocrinology team providing Endocrinology care and/or consultation to Veterans patients. The duties and responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following: Clinical Functions - Will be an independent care provider, highly skilled in the management of patient's endocrine and diabetes care needs.
