The Home Health Aide is responsible for performing various personal care services to meet the patient's needs in their home or place of residence. RESPONSIBILITIES: Participates in the development and implementation of patient plans of care. Completes pertinent care functions as assigned and demonstrated by the professional nurse. Documents patient updates in the Electronic Medical Record. Demonstrates a professional attitude and ethical conduct in compliance with departmental standards.
