Position Summary: Provide initial and ongoing clinical coaching and training on the job and through simulation, classroom and virtual environments to achieve optimal outcomes in quality/safety, cost, service and retention. Adapt and flex to dynamic work environments and to the needs of learners and customers. Plan, deliver, check and adjust education items in collaboration with specialty team members, leadership, and customer/partners to ensure learning occurs. Manage education activities and initiatives to ensure target outcomes are measured and achieved. This is a professional position working independently and cooperatively with staff and management while employing specialized knowledge, judgment and skill related to Home Health and Hospice Medicare Conditions of Participation and Joint Commission Standards. The position requires discretion, good judgment in decision making, organization and interpretation of information relating to a wide variety of policies, procedures, processes and programs.
Minimum Requirements: Two (2) years combined experience as a clinician and as an educator, preceptor, trainer, and/or mentor Adult education competency preferred
Education/Licenses/Certifications: Licensed Registered Nurse or Physical Therapist Current WA State RN License or PT License
