Summary: The Patient Account Representative II performs timely and accurate billing and collections, including follow-up of all specifically defined accounts, in accordance with third party regulations and MidHudson Regional Hospital of Westchester Medical Center's policy. Responsibilities include tracking claim's status to ensure reimbursement and follow-up with clinical staff as needed for supporting documentation. Experience: Minimum two years ofbilling experience in a busy office where responsibilities include multiple tasks, deadlines. Home care billing experience preferred. Knowledge of office equipment. Excellent communication and problem solving skills. Ability to work efficiently with co-workers. Proficiency in
