The Manager for Home Health PI is responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating the Performance Improvement and Infection Control Programs and activities that support the Home Care Agency's objectives in delivering quality, safe home care services. This position ensures the desired outcomes are achieved and maintained within the programs. In addition, this position will serve as theHome Care Corporate Compliance Officer, HIPAA Privacy Officer, and a member of Agency PAC and UR committees.
