RN, Care Coordinator - Hospice  Nurses in Hospice provide compassionate care that encompasses the needs of the patient and their caregivers thru end-of-life transitioning. Hospice is available for adult and pediatric patients within a 50-mile radius of La Crosse and provides inpatient level of care for those patients who need short term symptom management. The multidisciplinary team consists of nurses, social workers, chaplains, bereavement coordinators and hospice aides.
