The Nursing Assistant takes and documents in a timely manner vital signs, intake and output, patient care treatments (e.g. assisting with activities of daily living) passing and picking up meal trays, assisting with transporting of patients to and from the patient care units to other areas of the facility (i.e. clinics, radiology, and for special procedures), and other duties as assigned by the Nurse Manager or designee. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
