Leavenworth: First AOC will be given to NFEE bargaining unit employees, Leavenworth VAMC. Topeka: First AOC will be given to AFGE bargaining unit employees, Topeka VAMC. Second AOC will be given to permanent employees of EKHCS. Third AOC will be given to the public (US Citizens and nationals). Relocation/Recruitment Incentives: May be authorized up to $5,000 for highly qualified candidates. To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all requirements at the time of review.
