The Spinal Cord Injury LVN GS-06 is a position within Inpatient Nursing Services at VA San Diego Healthcare System. Under the supervision of a licensed Registered Nurse (RN), the LVN functions as a member of the multidisciplinary team assisting with the delivery of care to patients in the inpatient setting.
