He/she is under the direction of the Surgical Clinic RN Case Manager as assigned and will cross train to a minimum of 3 of the 5 surgical clinics The Surgical Clinic LPN is a member of the Out Patient Surgical Clinic team and assist providers and RN Case Managers with outpatient procedures. Basic Requirements: Citizenship: Eligible candidates must be a US Citizen. Licensure: Eligible candidate must possess current, full, active, and unrestricted registration as a LPN/LVN in a US State, Commonwealth, Territory, or the District of Columbia. Education: Graduate of a school of practical or vocational nursing approved by the appropriate State agency and/or [accredited by] the National League for Nursing [Accrediting Commission (NLNAC)] at the time the program was completed by the applicant.
