OverviewSt. Luke's Palliative Care is seeking a full time Advanced Practitioner to join their highly collegial and patient focused team in Boise, Idaho. The selected individual will be working with a team of 6 physicians and 5 other APPs assisting patients and their family through any stage of a serious illness or health problem, discussing treatment choices, decision making and managing their illness at home to avoid hospitalization. In this role our providers work both in clinic and in patient homes to provide this care and services. Shifts can either be set at 4/10s or 5/8s with minimal call coverage.
