The Registered Nurse Care Manager (RNCM) in the Women's Clinic is responsible for organizing and directing team members to achieve desirable patient outcomes through day-to-day and/ or telephonic case management. The Women's Clinic provides are for cisgender women, nonbinary, and transgender Veterans. The Orange Team provides care to Veterans of all gender identities. The incumbent may be assigned to a PACT team or will be assigned as a float to work between the two clinic sites. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
