This position is located in the Primary Care service of the Stratton VA Medical Center. You will function as a integral member of the Patient-Aligned Care Team and will be expected to work closely with team members, including nursing and administrative staff, in the coordination of patient care. This is an intermittent position which will cover vacations and time off for full time Primary Care Physicians at the Albany Stratton VA and it's community based outpatient clinics. To qualify for this position, you must meet the basic requirements as well as any additional requirements (if applicable) listed in the job announcement.
