Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (Stroke Program Coordinator)
The Bruce W Carter Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center is looking for an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (Stroke Program Coordinator) to work in the Medical Service. The position is fundamental to the development, implementation, and evaluation of the stroke program directed towards the provision of quality services for patients who are experiencing stroke from a multi-disciplinary perspective throughout the continuum of care. Basic Requirements: United States Citizenship: Non-citizens may only be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with VA Policy. English Language Proficiency. In accordance with 38 U.S.C. 7402(d), no person shall serve in direct patient care positions unless they are proficient in basic written and spoken English.
