The Medical Director of Inpatient Advanced Illness Management Services (aka Palliative Care) will be responsible for clinical oversight of Advanced Illness Management operations, inclusive of clinical oversight of advanced practice providers in Advanced Illness Management. The provider will lead in the development and implementation of protocols, policies, education, administrative duties, and huddles which will enhance the value of patient care customer service, and will support communication of such changes to all. The medical director will assist with the development and growth of Advanced Illness Management across the system.
