Nurse (Geriatrics and Extended Care)(Home Base Primary Care)
The HBPC mission is to provide comprehensive, interdisciplinary, primary care in homes of veterans with complex medical, social, and behavioral conditions for whom routine cline-based care is not effective. Basic Requirements: Citizenship: Citizen of the United States. (Non-citizens may be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with chapter 3, section A, paragraph 3g, this part.) English Language Proficiency: RNs appointed to direct patient care positions must be proficient in spoken and written English as required by 38 U.S.C. 7402(d) and 7407(d).
