INTEGRIS Health in Oklahoma City is looking for a board certified or board eligible Hospice and Palliative Medicine (HPM) physician to join our growing interdisciplinary program.   Our palliative medicine program is designed to cross the continuum of care to support patients of all ages with serious illness and chronic disease. Expanding our medical team supports our goals to improve quality of life and transform the experience of illness by reducing symptom burden and psychosocial distress. Our program meets patients across the healthcare spectrum providing inpatient palliative consults, home based palliative consults, and hospice care in the home and hospice inpatient center.
