Position Summary: Provision of psychosocial care to hospice patients/families in coordination with the interdisciplinary team (IDT) that is consistent with the mission, values, goals, and purpose of Emmaus Hospice. Responsible for the provision, direction, supervision and evaluation of medical social services to patients in the hospice en
