The SCI Clinical Nurse Educator reports directly to the Chief Nurse Education/Research/EBP. This Nurse will share responsibilities for planning, developing, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating educational programs/activities based on assessed learning needs of staff and nursing service for the improvement of quality patient care and organizational processes in SCI. The Nurse functions within a nursing process framework for problem solving and care facilitation. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
