Clinical Manager
The Clinical Manager is responsible for the overall direction of hospice clinical services and operations related to clinical practice. He/she/they is/are responsible for the employment of qualified hospice personnel; is responsible for the provision of hospice services, directly, and the delegation to and coordination of clinical personnel evaluations. The Director of Clinical Operations establishes, implements, and evaluates goals and objectives for hospice services that meet and promote the standards of quality and that comply with Medicare, federal, state and accredited standards that contribute to the total organization and philosophy.  No person shall be excluded or discriminated against on the basis of race, color, sex, age, religion, national origin, sexual orientatio
