The primary purpose for this position is to serve as the Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Educator for the Medical Center and as the advisor to Leadership on all local training and education issues. The RN Nurse Educator demonstrates strong interpersonal and collaborative skills working with all knowledge and proficiency levels. The incumbent will actively maintain the standards required by the PA Board of Nursing. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
