Required Qualifications:
- Current, unrestricted RN license in Arizona
- Certified Case Manager (CCM) or the ability to obtain certification within 18 months of employment
- Multiple state licensure (in addition to Compact License if applicable) or ability to obtain multiple state nursing licenses
- 3+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting, acute care, direct care experience or experience as a telephonic Case Manager for an insurance company
- Ability to navigate a Windows environment, utilize Outlook, and the ability to create, edit, save and send documents utilizing Microsoft Word
- Private home office and access to high-speed Internet (Fiber Optic/Cable)
- Ability to travel to the Phoenix, Arizona office for meetings as needed, based on the needs of the business
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Certified Case Manager (CCM)
- Case management experience
- Disease management experience
- Discharge planning experience
- Experience in utilization review, concurrent review and/or risk management
- Background in managed care
- Bilingual in Spanish
