The VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (VAGLAHS) is seeking a highly skilled/experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve in our Primary Care Mental Health Integration (PCMHI) Services. The RN will utilizes the nursing process to assess, coordinate, facilitate and deliver nursing care for patients. Provides direct & indirect nursing care to patients & families. Accountable for adhering lo established polices for standards of care & standards of practice.
