The Float NP in Primary Care Service (PC) collaborates with a Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) to provide clinical care to patients through an outpatient system. The NP may be assigned clinical time in PC for periods of coverage, providing hands-on or virtual patient care and facilitating collaboration with the staff of all care teams during times of provider leave and absence or as a walk-in clinic provider. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
