The Clinical Lead - TeleNurse Education is the primary department educator and will serve as a resource person and mentor to the staff. Is responsible for collaborating with all members of the healthcare team to anticipate and address educational needs. Also responsible for the maintenance of and assistance with the following department programs: Telephone Triage, Insurance Pre-Certification, and Quality Assurance.
