The New Mexico VA Health Care System is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager (Transition to Practice) to join the team! The TTP Program Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) is responsible to the Nurse Manager of RN-TPP. The ANM is an demonstrates leadership at the systems level that is sustainable, with experience and creative approaches in facilitating the transition of the nurse resident from a novice nurse and/or advance beginner to a competent professional in collaboration with the NM. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
