The Quality Management Coordinator, Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional RN who uses Patient Safety, Systems Redesign (Lean) and Quality Improvement skills to foster the development of an HRO at the unit/service/Health Care System level. The incumbent actively meets face-to-face with staff in the clinical care areas and works with individual staff, teams, and services to improve safety, quality, and efficiency of care. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
