The Chief Clinician Well-Being Officer (CWO) serves at the VA Palo Alto Health Care System, Palo Alto, CA and reports directly to the Chief of Staff. The CWO is responsible for creating and maintaining a facility-wide culture of well-being and increased resiliency through incorporation of specific Whole Health practices and collaboration with key program offices, executive leadership, middle management, and employees to support self-care and practice redesign efforts. To qualify for this position, you must meet the basic requirements as well as any additional requirements (if applicable) listed in the job announcement.
