Stepping Stone Community Living Center is an open unit, equipped as a wander guard unit, whose staff provides 24 hour a day skilled nursing care by Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Nursing Assistants. The skilled unit specialize in the care of psychiatric residents who are in transition from acute care to independent residences. The Stepping Stone RN is responsible and accountable for all elements of the nursing process when providing and/or supervising direct resident care. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
