SUMMARY: Under the direction of the department Director, the RN provides skilled, professional nursing care to the patient as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with regulations as established by the State Board of Nursing, the patient, and the policies of North Kansas City Hospital Home Health Services. EXPERIENCE: One year recent experience in an acute care setting, home health experience preferred. SPECIAL SKILLS: Competent in IV therapy, venipuncture, assessment, patient teaching skills. OTHER: Possess current drivers license and auto liability insurance. Has excellent observation skills, knowledge of the nursing process and communication skills.
